Dominique Johnson Joins Basketball Coaching Staff

Elizabeth Seton High School is proud to welcome Dominique “Domo” Johnson to our Girls Basketball coaching staff as the Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach. Coach Johnson comes to us most recently from St. Vincent Pallotti High School where she was the Assistant Head Coach of the Girls Varsity Basketball Team. She is also currently the Head Coach of Team Durant (AAU Girls Basketball, 7th). Former coaching experience includes Walker Mill Middle School (Assistant Coach) and Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South (Head Coach). She is a graduate of Riverdale Baptist High School and Towson University, where she majored in Sports Management and finished ninth in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) while averaging 13.4 points per game, was second in the CAA for free throw percentage and broke the school record for career three-pointers made. After graduating from Towson, she went on to play for Olimpia CSU Brasov in the 1st Division Romanian European League powered by FIBA. As a team, they finished 2nd in the Romanian Cup and 3rd in the Romanian League. As a player, she averaged 10 points per game, 2.5 assists per game and 1.4 rebounds per game. We look forward to Coach Johnson’s energy, skill, strength and positivity on the basketball court!
