Young Women's Entrepreneurship Program
Turning Ideas Into Impact
The Young Women Entrepreneurship Program empowers young women to think creatively, act boldly, and solve real-world problems through business innovation. We provide the tools, mentorship, and experiences they need to launch ideas with purpose, confidence, and impact.
Year 1: From Innovation to Entrepreneurship |
---|
Students learn the essentials of starting a business, from developing a business structure and financial plan to understanding operations, licensing, and marketing. |
Signature Experience: Small Business Expo |
At the Small Business Expo, students bring their business concepts to life, sharpening their presentation skills and sharing their creativity with peers, mentors, and community members. |
Year 2: Scaling & Leadership |
In the second year, students dive deeper into financial management, leadership, team-building, and sales strategies, learning skills that prepare them to grow their ventures with confidence. |
Capstone Experience: Senior Pitch Competition |
Every student completes 100 internship hours with a business mentor and finishes the program with the Senior Pitch Competition, presenting a fully developed concept to a panel of judges. |
