2018-2019 Online Re-Registration
Online re-registration begins on March 13 and must be completed by April l3.
Parents must log into their Parent Portal to access the three necessary forms to complete the re-registration process. If you have a rising senior, payment of the re-registration fee ($175) and graduation fee ($200) must be submitted in order to complete registration.
As we look to next year, please allow me to offer you details about tuition and fees and the process for re-registration.
Once again, there is no mailing of information. We are asking that all re-registration forms and payment be completed and submitted online through the Parent Portal by Friday, April 13th.
Next year’s tuition will be $14,375. The re-registration fee is $175. Parents of seniors only must pay the graduation fee at the time of re-registration, which remains $200.
I urge you to log into the Parent Portal as soon as possible to complete the necessary forms. We are requiring the following forms to be completed online to complete the registration process for the 2018-2019 school year. Forms are considered complete after signing and submitting you will receive a confirmation of completion.
- ESHS Re-registration Contract - This form must be completed by all those responsible for tuition and fee payments for the 2018-2019 school year. If the student has two agreements in FACTS for tuition and fee payments, we must have two completed and signed Re-registration Contracts. The completion of this form will require online payment of the $175 re-registration fee and, if a rising senior, the $200 graduation fee.
- Household Information Verification Form - This form requires you to review and update the household information we have in our database for your daughter. If you have multiple daughters at Seton or sons attending DeMatha during the 2018-2019 school year, please make sure you complete the Student Sibling section of the form.
- Emergency Contacts - This form requires you to make sure you have at least one emergency contact other than a parent listed in the data base.
Families will automatically be re-enrolled in FACTS for the next school year. An annual enrollment fee of $50.00 will be charged to you by FACTS prior to the start of tuition payments for 10 month plans, and an annual enrollment fee of $20 will be charged for one and two pay tuition plans. The first tuition payment is due June 5th or 20th for 10 month plans.
FACTS Agreements for the 2018-2019 school year will be finalized in May, and each family will receive an email notification of the upcoming year's tuition agreement sent to the email listed on file for your FACTS account.
Reminder: We cannot build any student’s schedule without re-registration information so students who are late may not be able to get in the courses they want for next year.
