Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway to Route 450 and exit toward Bladensburg (West). At the first intersection, turn right onto 57th Avenue (at the light beside the EXXON Station). Follow 57th Avenue .6 miles to the third stop sign at Emerson Street and turn right. Once on Emerson, make your first right into Seton's front driveway entrance. Visitors to the school should park in the front near the statue of Mother Seton.
Seton students are able to participate in either Elizabeth Seton's or DeMatha's bus routes.

The cost is $235.00 per month for round trip service and $150.00 per month for one way service.

- Eastern Market - Capitol Hill / on D Street at 8th Street at 7:00 am
- DeMatha - Hyattsville at 7:25 am
- Elizabeth Seton - 7:35 am
- Eastern Market - Capitol Hill at 3:30 pm
- Spaulding Library on Silver Hill Road - 3:45 pm

The T-18 Metro Bus that drops off in front of Elizabeth Seton at the corner of Emerson Street and 58th Avenue. The T-18 travels to/from either the Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station (red line) or the New Carrollton Metro Station (orange line).
